ABOUT JOSEPH ANTHONY TAGLIARINI
Hi. My name is Joseph. I’m a BACP International counselor, digital psychotherapist and author, based in London, Europe and Asia, serving English-speaking expats, parents, teachers, students and other nations from across the globe. I work with people face to face and online. I’ve been working with people of all ages for over 18 years.
I have qualifications in psychotherapy from the UK BACP and an MA in Creative Writing and Wellbeing.
My Therapeutic Self Regulation resources are used in many schools and clinics for all age groups around the world. Please reach out to me for a no-pressure chat about your needs. If I can’t help, no worries, I’ll find someone who can!
What I Offer
ANXIETY THERAPY
Together we will explore mindfulness, relaxation techniques, correct breathing techniques, dietary adjustments, exercise, learning to be assertive, building self-esteem, cognitive therapy, exposure therapy, structured problem solving and support groups.
ATTACHMENT STYLES
Gain new perspectives about each other and the way you relate, learn new ways of being together. Couples counselling includes “skills work” to help you actually do something different, as well as helping you explore your feelings and thoughts with your partner.
TRAUMA THERAPY
A specific approach to therapy that recognizes and emphasizes understanding how traumatic experiences impact our inner child’s mental, behavioral, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
